As a legally registered business entity, it is necessary to complete and submit the required documentation to establish our eligibility for both tax-exempt purchasing and trade credit terms.

Tax Exemption Form

Net 30 Credit Status

In addition to establishing tax-exempt status, our business is also applying for Net 30 credit terms. This arrangement will allow us to purchase goods or services with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date. Net 30 terms are a standard form of trade credit that helps businesses:

  • Align payment schedules with business revenue cycles

  • Strengthen long-term vendor relationships

By extending net-30 credit status, vendors demonstrate trust in our business, while we, in turn, commit to making timely payments within the agreed period.
