Are you looking for something to occupy your child's time over Spring Break? If so, let us help you! We offer Kid's Camp programs.
Let your child come out and join us for Spring Break Week (April 2-4) from 9 am - 12 pm, for some fun and creative activities! During this camp, your child will be putting their creativity to work, and creating beautiful masterpieces. We will be exploring different artistic activities and projects that allows their creativity to run wild! Your child will be able to pick between multiple age appropriate premium wood kit projects, arts & crafts,. We will also explore with different science experiments, organized games, and create our own camp shirts! This camp will be hands on, and filled with lots of opportunities for your kid(s) to express their creative side and come home with masterpieces, and friendships, that can be treasured for a lifetime!
Things to Know for Camp:
1. You are encouraged to pack your child a snack for camp. Outside food and drinks are permitted. There will be light snacks available for the kids during camp. If your child has any type of allergy, please be sure to include this information in your registration.
2. We will be using paints and going outside for some activities in camp. Please be sure to dress your child in clothing you do not mind them getting stained/dirty during camp. We will have aprons/gloves available at camp, however please send them in clothes/shoes that you do not mind them getting dirty.
3. Camp starts at 9 am and ends at 12 pm. Parents should plan to come in and sign their children in and out of camp. No child will be able to leave with anyone that is not listed on their registration form. Please be sure to list who will be picking up your child when registering.

Please read over the following Waiver & Release in reference to camp. By enrolling, you are agreeing to these terms.
WAIVER & RELEASE; enrollment in program qualifies as legal signature
In participating in this program, sponsored by Creative Cove Designs, I hereby acknowledge that I understand that there are risks of accidents resulting in bodily harm to me arising out of those activities. I understand that recreation activities are planned with the safety of the participants in mind. I further acknowledge that I have the physical capacity reasonably necessary to engage in the recreation activity for which I have enrolled. In case of emergency, accident or illness, I give my permission to be treated by a professional medical person and admitted to a hospital if necessary. I agree to be the party responsible for all medical expenses which are incurred on my behalf. It is understood and agreed that Creative Cove Designs, their employees, volunteers and agents shall be held harmless against all claims, damages, loss or expenses including attorney's fees arising out of or resulting from my participation in recreation programs. I also hereby waive ownership of any photographic record taken by or photographers contracted by Creative Cove Designs and agree to permit Creative Cove Designs to use my image and/or my child's image for and in Creative Cove Designs publications, posters, website, or other media, and agree not to make any claim against Creative Cove Designs.
Enrollment in this program qualifies as my legal signature.
I am the parent/legal guardian of the participant, who is a minor under the age of 18 years old. I hereby acknowledge that my child is participating in our Creative Cove Designs Camp. In consideration for my child's participation in the camp, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the Creative Cove Designs Art Camp carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any and all damages that may result from my child's participation in the camp.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Creative Cove Designs and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other participants from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child or to any property belonging to my child, whether caused by negligence or any other act or omission.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold Creative Cove Designs harmless and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other participants from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from my child's participation in the Camp.
Medical Treatment: In the event of any injury or illness, I authorize Creative Cove Designs or its representatives to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for my child's immediate care and agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.
Photo/Video Release: I grant Creative Cove Designs the right to take photographs and/or videos of my child during the Summer Art Camp and to use them for promotional and marketing purposes.
Governing Law: This waiver/release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, and any legal action arising from or related to this agreement shall be brought in the courts of Virginia.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER/RELEASE FORM AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING MY CHILD'S RIGHT TO SUE.
